Help and Support

Our aircraft have been bought for use with AFTS 3. Although AFTS is not available at the moment there is an easier way to fly.

If an aircraft has been purchased as:

BOEING B777-300

Then you must not worry. This is correct.

AFTS 2.0 reads the aircraft as:

B777-300

You can still complete a flight with this name in use.

When you check the flight debug page to check your flight details, these are what may come.

AIRCRAFT MODEL TYPE - A319 - CHECK FAILED

FLIGHT NUMBER REPORTED - 0051 - CHECK PASSED

TAIL NUMBER REPORTED - A7-ABZ - CHECK PASSED

FLIGHTPLAN DEPARTURE - OTBD - CHECK PASSED

FLIGHTPLAN DESTINATION - EGLL - CHECK PASSED

AIRCRAFT LOCATION - OTBD - CHECK PASSED

FLIGHT START POINT - OTBD - CHECK PASSED

If the aircraft model type is failed but you are using the aircraft we have in the fleet that is fine. You are still able to fly. Everything else must be correct to fly the correct flight.

If anything other the the aircraft model type is failed than you must re check the flightplan details to ensure you complete the flight.
